Paul Rivers is a guitarist/singer & songwriter from Upstate NY. He plays an eclectic mix of acoustic & soft-rock favorites from both past and present, along with his original tunes & instrumentals, many with digital back-up.

Fascinating finger-style arrangements and an easy interaction with the audience always provides a great show suitable for all ages. Paul has been performing in the area since the mid 90's.

Paul, like a lot of guys his age, was inspired to take up guitar by the Beatles. That led him back to their early rock influences, including Buddy Holly, Carl Perkins  and  Chuck Berry. Later, he absorbed the finger-style arrangements  of  players like  Paul Simon, James Taylor & Chet Atkins into his music.

Paul continues performing, working on some tunes for a new CD and teaching Brio the cat to do new tricks.
